Weight progress: still sickly, and will probably reschedule my last personal training session from tomorrow to another day... sad face.
Writing progress: hope to start the editing today.
Thank you to Tiana Lei at Spilled Ink for my second blog award ever, the Happy Award!

Now I have to list 10 things that make me happy, and pass the award on to blogs that make me happy. I will also use this time to pass along the Honest Scrap award!
Happy Things!
1. Hubby!
This picture was actually taken BEFORE the ceremony, so we didn't look at each other. It was hilarious, and gave us some great photos! (Yes, he's a whole foot taller than me.)2. My babies!

I ache to be back there.4. Hawaii!
5. Colorado
6. Disney World! The Happiest Place on Earth!

I try to go see several a year. Some of my favorites are The Phantom of the Opera, Wicked, Fiddler on the Roof (Got to see it starring Topol last year!!), 42nd Street, Mary Poppins, The Lion King.9. Movies
This particular BBC Miniseries is currently up in my top favorite movies. It's HILARIOUS.10. Family, writing, hobbies, the outdoors... lots of things make me happy!
Now, the blogs I select for the Happy Award, in no particular order! (If you've been awarded this in the past, too bad! It's not posted on your blog, so you're getting it again!)

Ciao! I'm a native Texan with a slight northern accent thanks to my relatives, and a slight obsession with Italy thanks to its awesomeness. I have more hobbies than I have time for but getting rid of one would be like choosing which limb I no longer wanted. I started this blog to document my journey as I scratch my way toward the goal of being a published author.

Lovely pictures, and congrats on your awards!
ReplyDeleteIronically, I stopped in here to tell you I left you an award at my blog:
from the desk of a writer
I guess that makes three. :)
All the very best,
Corra :)
I agree, beautiful pictures! Thank you so much for the award. You blog makes me happy too! : )
ReplyDeleteYou looked very dazzling and lovely at your wedding ;)
ReplyDeleteCongrats on the awards! That's a great list! The pictures are especially fun. I like the wedding one, the dog ones, Hawaii--they're all really nice!
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting my blog and for the follow! :)
Thank you so much!
ReplyDeleteAnd that pre-wedding photo is sweet. I used to photograph weddings and always liked to create some unique moments for each couple.
Congratulations, and thank you for joining my blog! I look forward to getting to know you and sharing the writing journey!
ReplyDeleteGreat photos! I hope you took some photos after the wedding so you could look at each other. It appears you have the travel bug.
ReplyDeleteI do have the travel bug, but unfortunately we don't have the funds to support it! lol. We're trying to see what we can before kids come along and our youth disappears without us noticing.
ReplyDeleteCongrats on the Happy Award Kristin! And thanks for the Honest Scrap award! It's my first one and I'm going to put it on my blog right now!
ReplyDeleteOh, thank you so much for the award!!
ReplyDeleteLooks like Switchfoot is going to be on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon on Wednesday!
Thanks SO MUCH for the award! I LOVE it! It will be up on my site shortly! I try to be happy all the time so this one has a soft spot for me!
ReplyDeleteI also LOVE the wedding photo. What a precious memory and beautiful photo...thanks for sharing with us.
And just so you know: I adore your blog and it's one of my favorites! It's not like children..you're allowed to say that, right? Right?
Have a great day and thanks again!
Thank you for the award! :)
ReplyDeleteItaly looks so pretty - I really hope to be able to visit there someday. :)
I love Lost in Austen! I think it is one of the most creative movies out there. :)
ReplyDeleteAwww thanks :) I'm behind on my blogging stuff, but I'll put it up there soon. I love your wedding photo. Is it weird that I like to look at other people's wedding pics?
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad I'm not the only person that has heard of Lost in Austen!
