This is THE WEEK!

This week, I'll be playing hostess to two of my critique girls, Kristi Chestnutt and KM from One Page at a Time! We're going to a conference together this weekend and I'm confident we're going to have a GREAT week of writing, sightseeing, shopping and cupcake eating. We're also meeting up with Kim Franklin for a day of shopping at the largest outlet mall in Texas! It will be SO great to finally meet all these girls face to face for the first time, ALL AT ONCE!

Now about this conference... I'm still working on my live pitch, and wow it's lame. I can already tell what's going to end up happening. I'll give up on writing a word for word pitch because everything I write sounds stupid, so I'll bullet point everything, get in there and start rambling, mixing them all up so my pitch makes no sense whatsoever. She'll smile politely and nod with a bubble cloud over her head that says, "Not another one...." Then I will run to the bathroom and throw up.

But at least I'll have my girls with me! :)

    Well since we're back to back with our appointments, we can run to the bathroom TOGETHER! :)

    Seriously.Can.Not.Wait. (except for the live pitch part which I'm admittedly nervous about and also totally procrastinating working on)

    So jealous! I hope I get to meet my critique partners one day! Have fun and I am crossing my fingers and toes for you with that verbal pitch. Don't eat too much beforehand...

      Sadly, my pitch is not too long after lunch. haha. I should be okay though. Haven't actually spewn since I got my wisdom teeth out ;)
